“Of Whom I am the Worst” - 1 Timothy 1:15

We Are 3 in 1

Body. Blood. Brain.
We began as dust.
The blood brought life.
Now the brain must be renewed.
The trinity lives in us.

🧠 Salvation Is Neurobiological

“Be transformed by the renewing of your mind” (Romans 12:2)
isn’t metaphor. It’s neuroplasticity.
Your brain isn’t broken—it’s rewiring.

🚫 Denial Is Disease

We suffer because we silence the soul.
All dis-ease begins when we deny the spirit.

From Faith to Flashbacks

My name is Sarah, and I’m a Christian living with Complex PTSD.
For years, I thought my inability to “just trust God” meant I was rebellious, weak, or unsaved.
I didn’t know dysregulation could masquerade as doubt…
That emotional flashbacks could feel like spiritual failure…
That trauma could rewrite my relationship with God.

This space is for people like me—
🕊️ The ones who love God but don’t feel safe in their minds.
🌀 The ones who carry grief, rage, beauty, and belief in the same body.

We mourn. We make peace. We don’t flinch from the tension.

✝️ Healing Is Holy Work

Sin isn’t just rebellion. It’s the trauma written into our DNA.
The first step to wholeness in Christ?
Understanding Complex PTSD.

“Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted.
Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God.”
— Matthew 5:4, 9
